I appreciate Lars Persson's analysis about gender differences. I just want to point out that equal job opportunities are among the other important societal values underlying the radiation protection system. Hence tissue weighting factors and dose limits ought to be the same for male and female workers. I believe this should be addressed in the present document for consultation.
